I’ll work hard as your Buyer’s agent to represent you in purchasing your next home or investment property. Best of all, there is NO COST TO YOU to have me working on your behalf. My company will be paid a commission from the Seller’s proceeds at the time of closing when the home is purchased.

Once you find a home… or homes… that you like, I can represent you in submitting your offers to the banks or sellers, negotiating the best price, and handle all of the necessary paperwork. Once we get an offer accepted, I will coordinate with you, your mortgage lender (unless you’re paying cash), any home inspections and with the closing agent/title company, to help make sure that your purchase goes smoothly.

* Privacy Notice : Several pages in my website require you to submit your contact information such as your name & email address. I hate spam as much as you do. Therefore, your information will never be sold or shared with anyone outside of my company, and you may stop receiving information from me at any time. 

 

Quick Search – I have two ways that you can search for properties here on my website. The first way is to visit my “Quick Search” page. Once you put in your search criteria, you will immediately receive a list of matching properties.

If you would like to edit and even save a search (or multiple searches), and be sent new matching properties as soon as they become available, simply click the box that says "Sign Up for Property Alerts..." towards the top-right corner of the "Quick Search" page. * Once you've saved your information, this is where you'll sign in to edit/modify your searches in the future as well.

* Note - at this time I am not able to modify the search criteria on this "Quick Search" page to allow users to search for only Bank-Owned properties, or to add additional search criteria. Also, if you are a Mac user, you will need to use Firefox to view this page (you can go to www.mozilla.com to download Firefox). For these reasons I have added the “Free Foreclosure List & Custom Property Search” page below.

 

* FORECLOSURE LIST & Custom Property Search - Use this form to tell me exactly what type of property you are looking for!

Since this is a custom search that I’ll be setting up manually for you, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your initial email with your matching properties. After that, you will continue to be emailed matching properties as they become available for the next 60 days, at which time you have the option to renew your search, or let it expire. At any time, if you are not quite seeing the types of properties that you like, or if you wish to narrow (or expand) your search, I’ll be happy modify your search criteria. Of course, you may also cancel a search and stop receiving properties at any time.

 

Luxury Homes – There are great deals to be had on Luxury Homes here as well! On this page I have featured a sample of both some bank-owned foreclosure and pre-foreclosure/short sale properties over $800,000 (the median price here right now is around $140,000). However, if you are serious about looking for a home, then you’ll want to tell me exactly what you are looking for, either by giving me a call or by completing the form on the Custom Property Search page.

 

Market Snapshot - The “Market Snapshot” is great tool can also be used by both Buyers and Sellers. You can search an area or zip code to see both homes currently for sale, as well as those that have sold in the past 30 days, along with other valuable charts and information such as Community & Schoool Information, “Asking vs Selling prices,” “Time on Market” and more…

 

Home Values - I added this tool primarily for Sellers to give them an idea of what their home is worth. However, it can also be used by Buyers to quickly see what homes have recently sold for near any properties that they are interested in. Simply type in an address and quickly see what nearby homes are selling for. If the values near the property seem to vary widely, then you can get a more accurate value by using the Market Snapshot tool.
