For instance, it does not allow you to search for foreclosure or pre-foreclosure properties. The criteria is set by the local Realtor MLS board, so I cannot change this.

 However, it is for this reason that I also offer you the ability to create a Custom Property Search using the form below. Use this form to tell me exactly what type of property you are looking for!

Since this is a custom search that I’ll be setting up manually for you, please allow up to (2) business days to receive your initial email with your matching properties. After that, you will continue to receive matching properties as they become available for the next 60 days, at which time you have the option to renew your search, or let it expire. At any time, if you are not quite seeing the types of properties that you like, or if you wish to narrow (or expand) your search, I’ll be happy modify your search criteria. Of course, you can have more than one search, or you may also cancel a search at any time.
